Al-Ahsa Development Company Announces in reference to the company announcement on Tadawul site on dated 26/08/2013 regarding the proposed Aluminum Foil project. Accordingly, the Board of Directors circulated resolution no. 386/2013 dated 10/09/2013, which was approved on 29/09/2013 to close all costs that has been spent on the proposed aluminum foil project in the financial statements for the fiscal year ending 31/12/2013, which may have impact on the financial statements in the fourth quarter.
