Atheeb signs SAR 117m marketing agreement with STC

Etihad Atheeb Telecommunications Company (GO) announced executing a business sector marketing agreement with Saudi Telecommunications Company (STC); the company said in its filing to Tadawul today.

According to the agreement; Go is to market STC’s business sector services, specially small and medium enterprises sector, to its current customers as well as to new customers.
The agreement value of SAR 117m was fully paid by STC to GO and it has a term of 18 months effective June 11th, 2014.

GO added that it is targeting with agreement a number of customers with a total contractual value of SAR 60m per annum and that the agreement’s proceeds will support the company’s financial needs.
