Almajed Oud says Qatar unit’s commercial registry issued

Almajed Oud Co. announced the issuance of the articles of incorporation and commercial registry of the new 100%-owned subsidiary, according to a statement to Tadawul.
 
 
The new unit is a limited liability company in Qatar with a capital of QAR 50,000, Argaam earlier reported.
 
Almajed’s board of directors approved on Oct. 27 establishing a new 100%-owned limited liability company in Qatar with a capital of QAR 50,000. It will focus on trading oud, incense, perfumes, cosmetics, and gifts.
