Ghida Al-Sultan’s Vice Chair resigns, Mansour Al Saud succeeds

Ghida Al-Sultan Co. announced the resignation of Vice Chairman Sidki Alnejami, effective as of today, April 29, due to personal circumstances.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the board decided to appoint Prince Mansour Al Saud as the board's deputy, effective April 30, to complete the current board term ending Nov. 22, 2024.

Al Saud holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master's degree in Business Administration, with over 20 years of experience in corporate management. He also worked in various executive positions and held multiple memberships in boards of directors and committees.

The company pointed out that the board's approval is not final and this appointment will be presented to the coming general assembly meeting for approval.
