SISCO reappoints Aamer Alireza as Chairman

Saudi Industrial Service Co.'s (SISCO) board of directors approved, on July 2, reappointing Aamer Abdullah Alireza as Chairman for the upcoming three-year term ending on June 30, 2026, according to a Tadawul statement.

 

The board also appointed Rayyan Mohammed Nagadi as Vice Chairman.

 

Moreover, the board approved the formation of the investment committee as well as the nomination and remuneration committee.
