Correction: National Building fulfills requirements for transition to Tadawul

National Building and Marketing Co. (NBM) said in a correction to Tadawul that the board report was published, and the requirements for transition to the main market were fulfilled under the relevant executive regulations of governance rules.

 

The company announced publishing its board report and fulfilling the transition requirements in a separate statement today.
