Sulaiman Al Habib CEO steps down

Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Services Group's (HMG) board of directors accepted on Oct. 8 the resignation tendered by Nasser Mohammed Al Huqbani from his post of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The resignation will take effect from Nov. 1.

 

Al Huqbani, however, will continue to hold his board membership as a non-executive member.

 

The group’s board ratified the appointment of Faisal bin Abdullah Al Nassar as Acting CEO, as of Nov. 1.

 

Al Nassar holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and information systems from the College of Industrial Management (CIM) at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM) in Dhahran.

 

He is also a board member and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) since 2011, in addition to a board member of all the group’s subsidiaries.
