The Idle Lands Program issued more than 5,000 invoices for over 25 million square meter-land plots under the second phase in Riyadh within the announced urban scope.

 

More than 80,000 residential products are expected, with total invoices of over 14,500 since the program launch across different cities, where the first and second phases of the land fees program was applied.

 

The invoices issued on Aug. 15 covered the land plots registered by owners within the specified regulatory period that ended on June 15, or the lands registered by the program in coordination with the competent government authorities. These lands exceeded 5,000 in over 100 neighborhoods, the program added in a statement.
