Prince Alwaleed says to retain his stake in Twitter, Musk will be 'excellent leader'

Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, Chairman of Kingdom Holding Co. (KHC), said he is confident that Elon Musk will be an "excellent leader" for Twitter.

The Saudi Prince added that he will endorse Musk’s bid for Twitter. 

On his Twitter account, Prince Alwaleed said he will retain his $1.9 billion worth of stake in Twitter and join the social networking service in its “exciting” journey. He also called Musk his “new friend.

In April, the Saudi Prince rejected Elon Musk’s recently announced bid to take over Twitter for $54.2 per share, Argaam reported.
