Jabal Omar shareholders to elect board members on April 22

Jabal Omar Development Co.'s shareholders are set to vote on electing members of the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term starting on June 30, 2021, during the ordinary general assembly meeting that will be held on April 22, 2021.

 

Meanwhile, they will also vote on the board decision to appoint Ahmed Waze Alqahtani as independent board member from Nov. 24, 2021, to until the end of the board term.

 

Shareholders will also vote on business contracts concluded between the company and Tawuniya Insurance Co. and the Ministry of Finance.
