Al Akaria, Ministry of Housing sign partnership deal for Riyadh project

Saudi Real Estate Co. (Al Akaria) signed a partnership agreement with National Housing Co., the investment arm of the Ministry of Housing, according to a bourse filing.

 

Under the partnership, Al Akaria will offer the ministry's beneficiaries the opportunity to own units in its Al Dhahia residential project in east Riyadh, which spans over an area of 430,300 square meters and comprises 557 units.

 

The company said earlier that the project was 87.44% complete in Q4 2020, adding that it was expected to be finalized by April 30, 2021, according to data compiled by Argaam.
