NEOM launches operations at new HQ in northwest of Saudi Arabia

NEOM commenced operations, today, Oct. 18, at its new headquarters in the northwest of Saudi Arabia, after obtaining its board of directors’ approval to relocate from Riyadh to NEOM.
 

NEOM completed the procedures required for relocating its staff to the new headquarters.
 

The move is aimed to bolster the progress of the project's timeline and accelerate the pace of development and execution works across its several areas.
 

Meanwhile, Riyadh office will remain open to facilitate the company’s operations and receive the project partners, including government bodies, private sector companies and investors.
 

The company's new head office will accommodate more than 450 employees, while there is a plan to raise this number to 700 employees by the end of 2020.
 

NEOM CEO Nazmi Al-Nasr commented, "Riyadh has been a milestone for our journey since inception. However, we have been looking forward to moving all of our employees to NEOM.

This is because the creation of such a gigantic project requires the consolidation of all efforts and human capabilities."
