Saudi Bugshan partners with Infor for business automation

Cloud software specialist Infor has entered into a partnership agreement with Saudi-based conglomerate, Bugshan Barmaja Co. Ltd., it said in a statement today.

Bugshan will deploy a suite based around Infor solutions to provide a single integrated digital platform, the statement said.

“As we look to expand into new markets in Saudi Arabia and beyond, it is vital that our businesses are operating as smartly and efficiently as possible, with the ability to respond quickly to market trends,” Dr. Hatem Bakheet, CEO of Bugshan Barmaja, said.

The company aims to digitally transform and automate key business functions including human capital management, customer relationship management, finance, procurement, warehouse and supply chain management.

“Bugshan is keen to expand its diverse businesses in the Middle East, Africa and Asia, and Infor’s solutions are ideally suited to help the company simplify and improve its systems, allowing it to scale up,” Jonathan Wood, GM for Infor Middle East and Africa, said.
