Arriyadh Development’s H1 net profit slumps 53%

Arriyadh Development Company, a real estate developer in Riyadh city, reported a net profit of SAR 88.7 million for the first half of 2017, a 53 percent year-on-year (YoY) drop.  The slump was attributed to a one-off gain in the previous period due to the real estate investment fund the company set up with Alinma Investment.
