Dur to pay H2 2018 dividend on May 23

Dur Hospitality Co. said it will pay cash dividend for the second half of 2018 on May 23, 2019.

Shareholders of record on April 17, including those registered at the Securities Depository Center two days after this date, are eligible to receive the dividend, the company said in a bourse statement.

Last month, the company’s shareholders approved a 2.5 percent cash dividend at SAR 0.25 per share for the second half of 2018, according to data compiled by Argaam.
