Swicorp Wabel REIT Fund reported a net loss of SAR 57.9 million for fiscal year 2018, the fund manager said in a bourse statement on Sunday.

 

Net asset value (NAV) – based on fair value – reached around SAR 1.12 billion, or SAR 9.51 per unit, with the number of total units amounting to 118 million units.

 

The net yield for the period was 3.86 percent.

 

Expenses and fees stood at SAR 24.45 million, while the depreciation and impairment of real estate assets amounted to SAR 103.7 million for the period.
