Saudi holdings of US Treasuries rise by $15 bln in January 2019
Saudi Arabia’s holdings of US Treasuries stood at $320.2 billion in January 2019, a rise of $15.3 billion year-on-year (YoY), new data released by the US Treasury showed.
The Kingdom raised its holdings of US Treasuries by $50.5 billion in 2018.
Foreign assets of the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) dropped SAR 33.5 billion to SAR 1.86 trillion last month.
