Saudi Ground Services Co. (SGS) and Jabal Omar Development Co. have extended the non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) to study building a new passenger terminal at King Abdulaziz International Airport and Taif Regional Airport, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The MoU was extended for six months until Aug. 21, 2019 with the same terms and conditions.

   

Mansour Rashid Al Bosaily, who serves as a board member in the two companies, is a related party, the statement added.

 

In February 2018, both companes signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) to study building a new passenger terminal at KingAbdulaziz International Airport and Taif Regional Airport to provide better services for pilgrims and Umrah performers in the central district, Makkah, Argaam reported.
