Saudi Entertainment Ventures (SEVEN), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF), will launch its first entertainment complex in Riyadh, the company said in a statement.

The new facility will be built on a total area of nearly 100,000 square meters in the intersection of King Abdullah Road, with easy access to public transportation.

“The company’s planned entertainment complexes will have unique designs, with green and open areas for sports and live shows. They will also comprise various restaurants and cinemas,” said Abdullah Al-Dawood, chairman of SEVEN.
