National Commercial Bank (NCB) has appointed Bupa Arabia Cooperative Insurance Co. to provide health insurance services to the bank’s employees and their families for one year, effective Jan. 1, 2019, the insurer said in a bourse filing.

 

The contract is expected to have a positive impact on Bupa Arabia’s 2019 financial results as the initial value exceeds 1 percent of the 2017 annual Gross Written Premium (GWP) of the insurer, the statement said.

 

The contract will be presented to the next General Assembly meeting for approval.

لكن كان لابد من ذكر تفاصيل حسبة السهم لملاك ساب تكافل كم تكون مع العلم أن السهم أغلق عند الأدنى ٥٢. أسبوع ١١.٥٠ ، و كذلك ملاك شركة ولاء 

كم سيكون سعر السهم بعد الدمج .
