Saudi Arabia-based SADIG Industries has signed a joint venture (JV) agreement with Italian chemical group, Italmatch, to build an integrated phosphorus complex at a total cost of SAR 1 billion.

The manufacturing process will take place in Waad Al-Shamal city and Jubail Industiral City, the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA) said on its Twitter account on Thursday.
