Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Commerce and Investment has issued the Merchant’s Guide, which lists merchants’ duties and rights, the ministry said in a statement.

The step aims to promote transparency and business regulations in the commerce sector, as part of the ministry’s initiative to improve and develop the Kingdom’s commerce and investment environment in-line with the National Transformation Program 2020.

The guide includes the anti-fraud regulations, discounts and competitions systems, the trade mark law, and many more.
