The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority’s (Monsha’at) has deposited the refunds of government fees into the accounts of eligible small and medium enterprises (SMEs), the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.

Sources told Argaam last week that the refunds have started to be deposited into the accounts of the eligible SMEs under the initiative launched last year by Monsha’at, in cooperation with the Local Content and Private Sector Development Unit (Namaa).

The initiative aimed to support, empower and ease the burdens of SMEs from the fees imposed by various regulatory sectors during the first three years of inception.
