Al-Khodari postpones EGM on lack of quorum

Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Co. postponed its extraordinary general assembly meeting on Jul 30 due to a lack of quorum, the company said in a statement to the Saudi bourse on Tuesday. 

 

The company added it will announce a new date for the meeting after obtaining the required regulatory approvals.
