Allianz Saudi Fransi Cooperative Insurance Co.’s (Allianz SF) shareholders on Monday approved audited financial statements and audit report for the fiscal year ended Dec. 31, 2017, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders also approved the board report for the same period and discharged board members from liabilities during FY 2017.

 

They also approved appointing Adel Mallawi and Mazen Al Tamimi as non-executive board members and representatives of Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF) at the insurer’s board for the current term ending August 7, 2019.

 

Meanwhile, they approved all other items on the agenda including appointing an external auditor and related party transactions.
