Aseer shareholders approve board, audit reports

Aseer Trading, Tourism & Manufacturing Co.’s shareholders on Sunday approved audited financial statements and audit report for fiscal year 2017, the company said in a bourse statement.

Shareholders also approved the board report and board remuneration for the period, and discharged board members from liabilities during FY17.

All other items on the agenda were approved, including the appointment of an external auditor, board remuneration, and related party transactions.
