Al Hammadi’s MoU with Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Group expires
Al Hammadi Company for Development and Investment (Al Hammadi) said today on Tadawul that its non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Dr Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Group has expired and will not be renewed as the deal was found financially unfeasible.
The three-month MoU, signed on Jan. 29, involved establishing a company to operate in the wholesale and retail business of medical equipment, surgery consumables and commercial agencies.
