Jadwa Investment has been awarded two Thomson Reuters Lipper MENA Markets Fund Awards for 2017 for the three-year performances of its Jadwa GCC Equity Fund and Jadwa Arab Markets Equity Fund.

 

The Lipper Fund Awards honor funds and fund management firms that provide consistently strong risk-adjusted performance relative to their peers.

 

Jadwa launched its flagship Saudi, GCC and Arab Markets equity funds on June 30, 2007.

 

As of end of 2017, annualized returns for the 10.5-year period since the inception of Jadwa Saudi Equity Fund, Jadwa GCC Equity Fund, and Jadwa Arab Markets Equity Fund were 11 percent, 9.1 percent, and 8.7 percent respectively.

 

“Our investment process in public markets is conviction-based and fundamentals-oriented,” said Tariq Al-Sudairy, managing director and CEO of Jadwa Investment.

 

“Despite market volatility over the short term, we believe this approach consistently pays off over the long term,” he added.
