Almarai Co.’s board of directors has appointed Anees Moumina as non-executive board member and representative of Savola Group, as well as a member of the executive committee.

 

The appointment will be effective from March 4, 2018 until the end of the current term on Aug. 6, 2019, Almarai said in a bourse statement.

 

The step follows the resignation of Rayan Fayez from the board and executive committee.

 

The board’s decision is pending approval of the next general assembly.
