Taleem REIT reported net profit of SAR 8.9 million for the period from May 30, 2017 to Dec. 31, 2017, Saudi Fransi Capital, the fund manager, said in a statement to Tadawul on Wednesday.  

 

Total expenses and fees reached SAR 289.7 million.

 

Taleem REIT was launched on May 30, 2017.
