Bawan names Al Fozan acting CEO after Al Medaimigh resigns

Bawan Co.’s board of directors has appointed Fozan Al Fozan as acting chief executive officer and managing director effective October 12, 2017.

The step came following the resignation Abdul Rahman Al Medaimigh, which was accepted on October 2 and will become effective on October 12, the company said in a bourse statement.

Al Fozan has been a board member at Bawan since 2009 in addition to being a board member in a number of other companies, the statement added.
