Wafrah names new chief executive

Wafrah for Industry & Development Co.’s board of directors has appointed Zanan Al Yami as chief executive officer, effective from Oct. 1, 2017.

 

The step came following the resignation of the company’s CEO, Ibrahiem Al Dagrier, which was accepted on Sept. 27 and will become effective on Oct. 1, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Al Yami, who is currently the company’s operations manager, has over 16 years of experience in food companies, the statement added.
