Taleem real estate investment traded fund (REIT) on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul), ended 890 percent oversubscribed, raising around SAR 761 billion, Saudi Fransi Capital said in a statement. 

 

The value of the offered units reached SAR 85.5 million, it added.

 

According to data compiled by Argaam, the SAR 285 million fund was offered on May 10-16. 

 

Taleem REIT is the fourth real estate investment traded fund in the Saudi market, after Riyadh REIT, Jadwa REIT Al-Haramain Fund, and AlJazira Mawten REIT.
