Saudi Industrial Development Company reshuffles board

Saudi Industrial Development Co. (SIDC) has elected ten members to its board of directors, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The new board members will serve a three-year term starting from January 1, 2016.

 

The move was approved during SIDC’s ordinary general meeting, which was held on August 27.
