Solidarity Takaful's general assembly decided on Wednesday to withhold bonuses from its board members. 

 

The company said in a statement to Tadawul that the board of directors had earlier recommended the distribution of a SAR 180,000 bonus for the chairman and SAR 120,000 for every representative on the nine-member board.

 

Meanwhile, the assembly approved financial statements and appointed a new auditor and accountants for the new period. Al-Dar Auditing was selected as the new auditor for the company, while Al-Bassam and Al-Namar firm was appointed as its certified accountant.
