Saudi Fisheries Company will shut down its Dammam and Jeddah factories, based on recommendations of a technical committee, the company decided at its extraordinary general assembly on Thursday.
 
The assembly has also amended the third clause of the company's article of association. This will allow the company to sell frozen fish at its shops and provide catering services and fast food.
