Al Baha Investment and Development Company inked on Saturday a construction contract for a SAR 434,400 residential villa in Saudi Arabia’s Riyadh region.

The project will be implemented within four months from the contract's signing date.

Financial impact will be reflected in Q1-2015 statements, the company said in its filing to Tadawul, Saudi’s bourse.
