Al Khaleej Training and Education signed on Tuesday an agreement to buy and rent land worth SAR 10.2 million at King Abdulah Economic City to establish a school, the company said in a statement.

 

The 20.4 thousand square meters of land is located in the residential neighborhood of Rabigh. About 2,500 students will be able to attend the new international school, which should be ready in 2017, the company said. 

 

Al Khaleej Training will lease part of the land for about SAR 306,700 per year. The company’s purchased land is valued at SAR 500 per meter.

 

Construction for the school is expected to take two years, the company said.
