The Saudi Real Estate Company (SRECO) announced today on Tadawul its board approval to start developing the infrastructure of phase1 of Aqareiya village in Banban.

The project has a total area of 2,038,458m2 divided into three phases. The first phase occupies 519,458m2 and includes 1200 residential units.
