Reference to the 10/11/2013 announcement by the Kingdom Holding Company (KHC) and HRH Prince Waleed bin Talal on their strategic investment in Twitter, the  KHC announces that its stake in the social media network is 16.7% of the  combined investment placed by the company and Prince Al-Waleed.

The combined investment’s value reached over SAR 500 million on market close on 8/11/2013. The investment is a long-time placement.
