Reference to the company’s announcement on Tadawul on September 24, 2013 on the nomination of the board memebers of Aseer Company for the new session starting September 29, 2013, the board decided in its meeting on October 1, 2013 awarding positions as per the company’s Memorandum of Association as follows:

  • Mr. Abdullah Saleh Kamel, Chairman
  • Eng. Tareq Othman Al-Qasabi, Vice Chairman
  • Eng. Abdulrahman Ibrahim Al-Ruaitaa, Managing Director

The board also approved the formation of the Review, Nominations and Rewards Committees effective from September 29, 2013 to cover the boards’ tenure.
