AL Ahsa Development Co announces the approval and signing on 31/12/2011 from the Board of Managers for the Saudi-Japanese textiles- a subsidiary company of the signing a Memorandum Of Understanding with an Leader Indonesian manufacturer company of textile fabrics, The MOU aim to re-operate the companys factory within a period of eight months, The MOU scope of works: Technical feasibility, Marketing feasibility, Financial feasibility, Management model and Start commercial operation of the factory.
Memorandum of Understanding expires on 30/08/2012 AD.
