Aldrees receives 50 new trucks

Further to the announcement published on Tadawul's website on 17-04-2013 related to Aldrees Petroleum and Transport Services Company announces the approval of its Board of Directors of the purchase of 260 new trucks and 220 Trailers Aldrees Petroleum and Transport Services Co. announces addendum as :Further to the announcement of Aldrees Petroleum and Transport Services Company on trading day on 07/06/1434H corresponding to 17 April 2013 AD regarding the purchase of 260 trucks, to date a number of 50 trucks has been acquired to enhance transport fleet and the financial impact of which will be from the third quarter of the year 2013. The acquisition is funded thru facilities with Al-Bilad Bank payable in 36 monthly installments starting 15 August 2013. Further announcement will be released on any significant developments on this subject.
