National Medical Care Company announces the developments regarding the use of proceeds from the rights issue shares subscription which was held during 04-02-2013

to 10-02-2013 as following:

1- Actual used for proceeds from the rights issue shares subscription until end of the period compared with what was declared in rights issue prospectus :Total used of proceeds from net amount received till Jun 30 2013 SR 58.8 million ( 35% ) :

 - National hospital new building project spent SR54 Million fro use of proceed till Jun  30- 2013 including construction and CAPEX

- Family health Care Center SR 4.8 million represent amount paid to construction

2- Deviations in actual used for proceeds compared with what was declared in rights issue prospectus : N/A

3- Deviations reasons : N/A

4- Details and projects progress percentage compared with what was declared in rights issue prospectus : achieved about 97% of construction and 45% of medical and furniture in the new National Hospital. Construction work in Family Health Care center completed about 88% compared with 41.1% disclosed in prospectus. In addition, work in Head Office building is completed.

5- Payments against work progress are scheduled not necessarily reflect same percentage of work progress
