The Board of Directors of Eastern Province Cement Company held its first meeting of the current Board of Directors term on Sunday 20/03/1433H corresponding 12/02/2012 appointing His Royal Highness Prince Turki Bin Mohammed Bin Fahad Bin Abdulaziz as chairman and Dr. Abdulmohsen Bin Saad Al Rowaished as vice chairman for the new term which was started as of 29.01.2012

During the meeting, the Board of Directors has also formed all committees of the board.
