The Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved WinVeston Capital Co.'s request to publicly offer units in the WinVeston Saudi Equity Quant Fund, the regulator said in a statement today, March 24.

The CMA cautioned investors against making decisions without carefully reviewing the fund’s terms and conditions (T&Cs) and understanding the associated risks. It urged investors to thoroughly read the T&Cs, which outline the fund’s investment strategy and risk factors, to assess the feasibility of the investment.

Investors struggling to understand the T&Cs should consult the fund manager for clarification, the statement added.

The CMA emphasized that its approval does not constitute a recommendation to subscribe to the offering but rather confirms that the fund has met the regulatory requirements outlined in the Capital Market Law and its Executive Regulations.
