Lockup period on Rasan major shareholders ends today

The lock-up period on Rasan Information Technology Co.’s major shareholders ended today, Dec. 12, six months after its shares listed on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) on June 13, 2024.
The lock-up was imposed on the major shareholder owning 47.26% of the company’s capital. It continued for six months, starting from the date of stock debut on Tadawul.
Upon the end of the lock-up period, major shareholders are not required to obtain prior approval from the Capital Market Authority (CMA) to sell their shares.
