Electrical Industries reappoints Yousef Al-Quraishi as Chairman, Mahmoud Al-Toukhi as VC

Electrical Industries Co.’s board of directors, on Dec. 8, reappointed Yousef Al-Quraishi (non-executive) as Board Chairman for the new three-year term starting today, Dec. 9, according to a statement on Tadawul.

The board also reappointed Mahmoud Al-Toukhi (non-executive) as Vice Chairman and Tariq Al-Tahini (executive) as Managing Director.

Meanwhile, the board approved the formation of the remunerations and nominations committee, which includes Jameel Al-Mulhem (independent), Bader Al Swailem (non-executive) and Faisal Al-Quraishi (non-executive).

They also elected members of the audit committee for the same term, including Khalid Al Harbi (independent), Sattam Al Zamil (independent) and Abdulaziz Al-Shabibi (non-board member).

Electrical Industries also appointed its representatives at the Capital Market Authority (CMA), Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) and Securities Depository Centre (Edaa) for all purposes related to the application of the Capital Market Law and its executive regulations.
