The Savola Group Announces to its Shareholders the Commencement Date of the Electronic Voting on the Agenda of its Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (EGM) No. (36) which includes Capital Reduction (First Meeting)

With reference to the Savola Group’s “The Company” announcement published in the Saudi Exchange website “Tadawul” on 12/11/2024 AD regarding the invitation to the Group’s shareholders to attend the EGM No. (36) which includes Capital Reduction and distribution of its entire stake in Almarai Company to Savola’s eligible Shareholders as an in-kind distribution, which will be held through means of modern technology, which is scheduled to be held on Thursday 12/12/2024 AD corresponding to 11/06/1446 AH (according to Umm Al-Qura calendar) at 6:30 p.m.

The company would like to notify its shareholders, who are registered in Tadawulaty electronic trading services, that they can vote electronically on the EGM agenda items starting from Sunday 08/12/2024 AD corresponding to 07/06/1446 AH (as per Um Al-Qura Calendar). at 01:00 a.m. until the end of the EGM. The registration and voting are free of charge and will be available through the electronic voting service following the below link.
