Mufeed debuts on Nomu today

Shares of Mufeed Co. will start trading on the Nomu-Parallel Market today, Nov. 26, with the symbol 9615 and ISIN Code SA16516KM7H2, at SAR 77 apiece.

The stock will trade with a daily price fluctuation limit of +/-30% and +/-10% static price fluctuation limits.

Mufeed offered 600,000 shares on Nomu, representing 9.09% of the company’s SAR 66 million post-IPO capital, divided into 6 million shares at a par value of SAR 10 each. The offering was 515.5% oversubscribed.

This is the 23rd IPO on Nomu this year, including three direct listings, and 20 offerings to qualified investors.

Last year, Nomu witnessed 35 IPOs, including six direct listings, and 29 offerings to qualified investors, in addition to one REIT.

Mufeed’s listing would bring the number of listed companies on Nomu to 100, in addition to Alwaha REIT Fund.

It also offers all necessary equipment and designs for exhibitions and theaters, event documentation, photography, and television broadcasting, along with executing marketing campaigns.

According to its commercial registration, the company’s activities include renting equipment for film production, ticket sales and reservations for various events, and organizing and managing exhibitions, conferences, and crowd management.
